Each has low calories, protein &fiber ! It goes perfectly with my morning coffee for a quick nutrition packed start to my morning.
I usually pass at least 2 7 Eleven stores on my way too any activities we have planned for the day so stopping is so easy and these quest bars are SO good!
I highly recommend the cinnamon roll flavor if your on the go it goes perfect with coffee.
